Sounds like it would make you feel better to call the doctor to see if
there is any cause for concern, or if this is just a result of something
minor. If it is only on the sides where your arms rub during the day,
it might be worth thinking about whether you have changed deodorant,
soap or detergent lately which could be irritating your skin. That is
my "calm" response. I will let the docs deal with the esoteric
