You may want to try 1 pill of estratest hs (half the estrogen and half the testosterone of estratest) plus a tablet of cenestin 0.625 or premarin 0.625. That will effectively keep you on the same strength of estrogen but cut the testosterone in half. That may help the libido but decrease the testosterone side effects.
