Yes, especially if it was a voided urine sample. When voiding the urine goes across the opening of the vagina and picks up a lot of things. Herpes can involve the bladder so they might even be present on a catheterised urine sample with Herpes.

Not necessarily a problem. In the absence of symptoms it probably is nothing.
