A complex cyst has many separate cysts all stuck together. There are many walls inside the cyst. The presence of septations(complex cyst) on US is one of several things that are looked at to try to decide on the likelihood that a cyst might be malignant. Other things include the thickness of the cyst wall and whether or not it is bilateral, as well as the size. I think you should see a Gynecologist and take the Ultrasound pictures with you when you go.
