I am 44 and have had 5 children. My tubes were tied 20 years ago...after my last baby. My question is...what is the difference in a simple cyst and a complex one ? My doctor said that a simple cyst has one pocket and a complex one has several...but what are these pockets and what are the danger levels between them ?? He gave me a choice of waiting 6 weeks and getting a new Ultrasound to see if it goes away or seeing a Gynecologist...will it hurt to wait ? Thanks. Next message: Lynn D.
