body odors

I'm disabled and homebound due to Rh.Arthritis. My days are spent confined to a lift chair. I can move about, with assistance. I'm also extremely limited in my arm movements. It's very hard for me to keep body odor at bay. I use baby wipes after bathroom visits, deoderant, powder...and still, after an hour or two, notice vaginal odor when I get up to go to the bathroom. I need assisstance when getting up, so the body odor is noticed by whoever is helping me. I'm very embarressed by this. My mom tells me that there's a choloform(sp) pill. Is there? If there is, would it help me.
