**It depends upon your age and your usual cycles. If you are beyond
menopause, or have been and you continue to have scanty periods and a
thick lining on ultrasound, it is of concern. If you are younger than
40, then this is not nearly as worrisome. It is possible to have some
post-coital spotting with a thickened endometrium, but this shouldn't be
consistent...
