Thanks for you feedback Dr. Marchbein.

I could care less about scars -- my breasts can be green for all I care. I don't have a future in modeling or topless dancing. However, I have seen some pretty bad "after" pictures where the breasts still hung down to the navel, just empty instead of full. That seems like it just wouldn't address the issue of the constant rashes and yeast infections between my breast and ribcage.

How much consideration should be given to weight reduction prior to surgery? I am quite a bit overweight right now, but really this summer would be an ideal time logistically for me to consider elective surgery.
