Thanks for any help. the endo biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding, and should come first. There are a number of gyn conditions that result in back pain, and you may have one, but the bleeding is the potentially dangerous thing, and needs work up. -- William D.
