adenocarcinoma insitu

my recent smear showed adenocarcinoma insitu. I am having a colposcopy on Tuesday, but I am now paranoid about all the symptoms I am now having such as crampy pelvic pain, persistent dull ache in my sacrum and groin and general viral type ache, not to mention the sharp pain I was getting in my left shoulder during intercourse, which has now been discontinued since my diagnosis! Could this be anxiety or definitely related to the cancer. What normally is the procedure from here?
