I am notr aware that there is a diference in these two products as far as these symptoms are concerned. There is a little evidence that Estratest(Contains testosterone) may increase sex drive.

Shouldn't cause this.

Was the switch from Premarin to Estrace a good choice?

You will have to be the judge of that depending on how you feel. Do you have increased sex drive and decreased mood swings????
