Lili, There is fluid present within the abdomen in all humans. The amount can vary and can increase in certain circumstances, such as bleeding within the abdomen (usually associated with pain). As far as the tube, if one tube is functional, you can still get pregnant. Bear in mind that if one tube is damaged, the other is likely damaged to a degree as well. This may impede fertility and also can increase the risk for a tubal pregnancy... Lynn
