Hi, I know that asking this question must have been difficult for you, so I will give you my best answer even though I am not a medical professional...achieving orgasm is largely a state-of-mind. Many women need additional stimulation(other than intercourse only) to achieve an orgasm. Maybe you can ask your boyfriend to do this at the same time you are having intercourse(or you can). Try and bring up the same mental images you have while masturbating...also, all women have different size labia (they are unique and individual) there is no "normal" length or size. As long as everything is healthy. Hope this helps in some way.
