The theoretical concern is that the since tylenol and the hormones in the pill are metabolized in the same liver pathways, that having the two of them together could cause there to be a delay in that metabolism. If that were to occur, it would actually make your pill more effective as the estrogen levels would be slightly higher. In reality, a normal liver is more than capable of dealing with minor issue.
