I was wondering what could be goin on with me. I have had four cycles of clomid. This last cycle I had a urine preg. test done on day 35 (it was negative). They gave me a progesterone shot then. Now I am on day 42 and still no AF. I called in and the nurse practioner said if I don't get AF by tomorrow, I should come in and get another preg. test and another shot. I know I ovulated this month, I had a positive OPK, my ovarie was measured at 20 and my progesterone level at day 21 was 17. What could be goin on? Also, I had a weird thing happen. The day after the prog./oil shot, I had the worst heartburn imaginable. I went to urgent care because I could not get the pain to go away, I was admitted into the hospital to be monitored. My white blood cell count was 21,000. They started me on a Z-pak and the next day I got to go home, my blood count was at 6.6. Could that be from the shot? The doctors were very puzzled.
