I went through the same thing after the birth of my son. give it time! hope this helps! P.s I would also like to say that it has nothing to do with fat! It is lose skin from having a baby in your body! There is a big difference!

I used a work-out video to get back to normal! The tape I used was called "ABS OF STEEL" The Tamilee collection. It has 3 15-minute workouts for your Abs! It works! but, It will take about 1-2 months before you start to notice! Then it will go back to normal or even better, if you keep it up! take care! Kristina
