Thank you so much for your response regarding the hysterectomy dilemma.

My friend has breast cancer in her family: her mother, 2 aunts, and 1 first cousin, who unforutnately, have all died from the disease.. My friend is diligent about her mammograms, etc. What is your opinion on prophylactically removing the breasts? She is 41, has 3 children, and is done with child-bearing.

Thank you again for you enormous help.
