My doctor said I could take as much as I want, but to stop if I get pregnant. I am now pregnant and had to take antibiotics for BV and believe I am getting a yeast infection again. I would like to eat yogurt, as it is believed to be good food for yeast infections but it has acidophilus. Is it safe to eat yogurt while pregnant? If so, is it safe to take acidophilus capsuls while pregnant?
