I am so sorry for your loss. As a teacher, I have often heard warnings from school nurses that if a child is diagnosed with Fifth Disease, pregnant staff should get out of school while the epidemic runs its course. You will need to get details about recovery time from the docs, but it isn't a disease that sticks around. I am so sorry. I hope that you get good news for the future.
