I did present this problem to my obgyn at last visit, he found nothing wrong. Is there something I can do to better cope with the pain? I am an athlete and this is very distressing! The pain starts out sort of as a gassy constipated feeling. There is obvious pressure. Also some burning in one or both ovaries, but that is mild.
