discharge-normal or not?

I was recently seen for my annual pap and got an std screen-which came back negative. My problem is that I have a constant milky-white discharge, not itchy or burning, it smells normal, I think..not fishy at all. The thing is that the doc looked at the discharge under the scope and noted quite a few wbcs..what kind of infection could this be? I know its not an std...yeast, bacterial? I read that bacterial infections are lacking wbcs not haveing excess. It is annoying to be wet all the time. Could this be normal? Will tha pap test show this infection and provide me a result? I am going on vacation and would like to know if it is a problem or normal. Could there be a high # of wbcs without an infection? Please help..last year the doc said I had inflammation and prescribed cleocin..was this the right med..cause it hasn't gone away? Thanks--jp
