What you describe is natural and quite common. It is certainly nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. As a matter of fact, most males are impressed by an extra degree of wetness cause they take it as a compliment that they are doing the right thing (whether or not they had anything to do with it).

Further, if the discharge gets to the point that it is inhibiting your sensation, there is nothing wrong with using a moistened warm washcloth to wipe of the area and this will tend to lessen the natural moisture and increase sensation...
