Question to Dr HSM Regarding Progesterone Levels

My progesterone level drawn by blood at day 22 of my cycle (6 days after
my temp surged) was 9.18. From what I understand, that is considerably
low. However, I did read that 10 is good, maybe this is close enough,
yet, my temp only stays surged for less than a week. I was expecting a
two week span of temp rise. My temp is NOT consistent. It's up, then
down then up a few days then it plunges down. I take it the same time
each morning, also. I just don't understand.
