My first period after that was March 12-16 which was a pretty normal period. However, 44 days later, April 25, I got my second period. I have never had a late period in my life. I had a progesterone blood test done on April 19 and it showed i was in range of 4.5 and i was mid-luteal. my gyno was concerned that maybe i didnt ovulate. my sister and my aunt do no ovulate and cannot have children--could this be happening to me? or, is my period just really messed up from the surgery--i have never been irregular or late in my whole menstral history. My husband and i want children so badly and this is delaying our dreams of being parents. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
