strange symptoms

I am 31, no children. I have been experiencing an array of symptoms over last few years.Don't know what's related, what's not .The only tests I have had done were pelvic sonogram a year ago which came back normal. So I am at a loss of what to do b/c I still don't feel well.

Symptoms over last few years are abdominal discomfort/period-like feeling almost all of the month, lower back aching and throbbing & also this aching feeling is in my left leg and foot (at much worse at period). My periods used to be 28 days and light. They are now are anywhere from 26-31 days and very heavy and clotty. For last year I have no sex drive at all along with vaginal dryness and I am tired most of the time.

More recently over last few months I am now even more concerned because I now have night sweats a few times a month to the point where I wake up b/c I am then chilled and need to change clothes. Additionally I feel nausea during day a lot although I do not vomit. It is a strange sick feeling like a very extreme hunger feeling that gets settled if I then eat a cracker or something. Addtionally I never used to get breast lumps, but for last few months I have been getting large breast cysts that appear during period and then go away. I feel like these symptoms are somehow hormonal. Any ideas or tests I should ask for?
