I also had white blood cells in my urine, but no sign of nitrites. I was given Zithromax but not diagnosed with chlamydia. They did a swab of my cervix. I had chlamydia 2 years ago -- both my partner and I were treated and a year later I retested negatively. He also retested after treatment. We are in a monogamous relationship.
