Hi Bev,
I can't help with all of your questions, but I can talk about the
Endometriosis link.
There have been autopsies done on INFANTS, and Endo was found. While
this is extremely rare, it is possible. I do think that would be on the
very bottom of the list of possible problems.
Try doing searches on http://www.dogpile.com (my favorite as it searches
all sorts of search engines...somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-12
engines.
I hope they can figure out what is wrong with your Daughter. This is
very frustrating for you, and your daughter.
