Many women complain of vaginal dryness, but I had one patient with a complaint like yours. I was unable to find much information on how to help.

When one is self-conscious about anything, or worried about anything, it can be difficult to reach orgasm because of how our nervous systems are designed. It is impossible to separate the effects of the body and mind on sexual response. You may find some relief from your difficulty with orgasm by coming to terms with your vaginal lubrication as being a normal variation. Certainly a discharge without infection is not unclean. I realize this suggestion may be easier said than done. I wish you luck, and I would appreciate it if you could write back if you find any additional suggestions or solutions.
