I have been back and forth between my gynocologist and interist for the past few months because I have been having a frequent urgency to urinate and abdominal pain and what feels like menstrual cramps almost all month. It's almost as if I feel very bloated. I had and ultrasound of my kidneys and I had a vaginal ultrasound. Neither of which showed anything. I am at my wits end wondering what could be wrong with me. I had 2 urinalysises and both showed no infection. I do have irritable bowel. Both doctors are saying that this is probably what the cause is. Is it possible that irritable bowel could cause urinary problems as well? I was reading up on IC on the web. Does this sound like it could be IC? Lastly, I am taking Mircette. I have been on it for about a year.
