It is viewed as shouting on the internet. Low Iron can mean you are iron deficient. This can lead to being tired, weak, short of breath, etc. It is important that you be treated for this by your Physician. Your levels will tell what the Dr. will do to treat it. Sometimes, adding more foods that are rich in iron will help a great deal (green leafy veggies...such as Spinach). Sometimes you wil be given an Iron Supplement. For me, I get Iron Infusions periodically because I do not absorb Iron in my GI Tract. Your best bet is to discuss this with your Dr. who can answer your questions specific to your needs. S/he can even send you to a Nutritionist to help you with a diet that will help you the best. Good luck!
