I had a slight pain on my right side that felt like ovulation, which I always feel every month when I'm not on the pill. I had an ulstrasound and the NP said she could see "normal" follicles on my ovaries. I thought that on the pill you don't develop follicles. Should I change to a slightly higher dose pill like Nordette or LoOvral?
