Wynona, Unfortunately, I cannot give a web-site for a reference, but I can give you a little insight into your questions. The abdominoplasty is certain a remedy for the issues you describe. I would suggest completing the pregnancy you now seek and waiting at least 6 months to a year following. During that time, despite what you have said about exercise, I would engage in a good program to get the rest of your in the best shape possible. I would then consult with a certified plastic surgeon, who can show you exactly what could be done and how it will appear following. The procedure will be costly and insurance WILL NOT cover any of it... Lynn
