28 weeks pregnant with vaginal pain/crampingFrom: Marcy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 23 Apr 2001 15:54:26 -0500 (CDT)
Doctors, I searched the archives and couldn't find my specific question addressed. I'm pregnant with my third child and don't remember this certain pain with the others. I am also high risk this time because of a cervical cone 3 years ago. My question is this: When on my feet and/or walking I sometimes get strong stinging sensations in my vaginal area. It stops me in my tracks and subsides when I sit or lie down. I've also started having mild cramping in the lower abdominal area. Are these feelings considered Braxton Hicks or just strange pregnancy sensations? I have no bleeding and presently am on meds for a yeast infection. Any info about these sensations would be appreciated. Thanks! Marcy
