Hello, I had methotrexate for an ectopic preg. in feb. and my hcg were neg. in march. I also got an ultrasound in march and the sac(on my R fimbrea) was collapssed but still there. I also had an ovarian cyst(R side) which they said was a preg. cyst that was 5 cm. that was still there. I've had the cyst since dec.

I got a second ultrasound wed. and still don't have details since my doc. is out of town, but the tech said that the sac was still there and that the cyst was still there too.

ANyway, tuesday I began to have cramps in my abdomen, but mainly in my lower back. It is constant and intense, waking me up at night sometimes, and naprison does not help. my next period is not due until may 3. I can't find any relief, and now I'm having some some pressure on my R side.

I'm on birthcontrol for about a month and ahalf. I have pms/pmdd (depression, bad cramps, diarrhea around period) , but my cramps never last more than a day and come and go. I've told some people about the cramps, and they said that it might be endo., especially since I didn't have any physical reason to have had an ectopic. Also, should I just have the cyst removed? My doctor told me to stay on them and get a U.S. in 6 weeks. Also, I'm worried that the sac is still there. Shouldn't that be gone by now? Thanks.
