Not really.

It says the follicle is about ready.

Either because the test is inaccurate or because you didn't have enough of the hormones to cause ti to be positive. The HCG shot was to take the place of that hormone.

If elevated, ti is a good indicator of ovulation.

2 weeks post ovulation

Day 19 progesterone is probably just as reliable as day 21.

Write them down and ask them. Nurse practitioners are very good at what they are trained in. Very very few have any training in ovulation induction.
