Pelvic Congestion Syndrome

I was just diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome(laparoscopy), and the doctor had two suggestions: go to a pain clinic, and try trigger point injections. With the research I have done so far I have not heard of these shots. Has anyone else? If so did they help? He suggested a course of possibly six injections. Is there any other treatment available? I would like to have a hysterectomy as I know this is a possible way to end the pain, but he flat out refused because I am 24, and he said that he doesn't want to be sued.

Thank-you, Angel prpl_piglet@angelfire.com
