19-day cycles...after the doctor visit

I posted here a few weeks ago. I am 46 years old. I have had very slight irregularity in my menstrual cycles over the last several years. The last few months I have had 19-day cycles. I saw my family practitioner who checked my TSH, FSH, CBC and cholesterol. All were normal. Two years ago, I saw a gynecologist and mentioned that I had had a cycle shorter than 21 days many months earlier. She did an endometrial biopsy which was normal. I have had paps and pelvic exams every year or two since I was a teen-ager and have never had an abnormal exam or pap smear.

The doctor left a message that the tests were normal, that I could call if I had questions. I intend to go to afollow-up visit but I don't know what to ask. Any suggestions?

In case you find anything relevant here, I should also let you know that I became very depressed about 4 years ago I saw a therapist for several months who suggested this was a physical problem and suggested I get a full physical exam including TSH and then see a psychiatrist if the family practice doc didn't see any problems. No problems with the physical or blood work which also included TSH, and CBC. I am now taking Zoloft which has been helpful for the depression. I still feel fatigued frequently and frequently I need 9 or 10 hours of sleep each day to feel rested.

Any insight and advice is very much appreciated.
