Thank you ! Kim I have no clear cut idea what is happening, but would start by getting back to basics. I would stop anything you are doing to your vagina-creams, douches, etc. I would use a very mild soap, like ivory or even octagon. I would shower, not baths, and if you exercise or swim, get out of those wet things immediately. I would also try bland food and you may want to try reading the book 'the yeast connection', and see if that applies to you, and if so, follow its suggestions. Good Luck
