Locally, our Planned Parenthood affiliate provides LEEP by a board-certified gynecologist on a sliding-scale basis. Also, our nearest university hospital does the same. I suggest you try calling Planned Parenthood (800 230 PLAN for the nearest office) for information on local resources that would be helpful to your friend.
