I wouldn't worry, but I would get a breast exam from my gynecological health care provider to confirm that there is no further workup needed. Sometimes when there's a significant difference in cup sizes between breasts, it can be difficult to find a supportive bra, and breast pain can result. You might consider going to an old-fashioned bra seller whose saleswomen are familiar with fitting bras in many circumstances. Finding one that provides service for women after mastectomy will probably ensure that the salespeople have experience in fitting bras to women with different breast size, too.
