You asked if this was a duplicate question. It is. That's ok. The doctor does not put his hold hand into your vagina. He wouldn't make it! Believe me! He just inserts two fingers to feel or palpate the uterus and the ovaries.

Gyn exams are painful the first time, especially for virgins!
