anticardiolipin antibodies

I left this message earlier, but doesnt' seem to have posted. If this is a repeat please everyone accept my apologies.

Trying to understand the results of my tests and what would be an appropriate course of action. In Jan and Feb conceived. Positive pregnancy tests, but both times period started. My doctor tested me for antibodies. The results are as follows. ANA Neg. ACL IGA 7 Gpl. IGM 19 MPL (test result reads HIGH) IGA <6 APL. For the lupus anticoagulant the PTT-LA is 38.9 seconds and the Dilute Russell's is 25.7 (Test result reads it as being LOW)

I understand that it is a positive result for ACL IGM. But is this way high out of normal range. I've found different info on line from low positive to inconclusive. I think the lupus is in the normal to low normal range. Correct?

I have gotten conflicting opinions from two doctors. ONe says he would treat with baby aspirin and heparin for the next pregnancy and the other said these were insignificant results and wouldn't treat at all. Any viewpoint?

Don't know if this is significant or not, but I'm in my late 30s and have had one child three years ago. Sorry for the long post. Many thanks for your helpful advice and your time.
