Last summer i was diagnosed with complex endometrial hyperplasia with atypia. I had a d&c hysteroscopy then was placed on Megace x 4 months repeat biopsy normal endometrium then i was placed on Provera 10mg x 14 days every month. I have had very erratic spotting the whole time on Provera and now today I'm starting to bleed fairly heavily with clots.(This is what I went to the Dr. for initially and was diagnosed) My question is that I'm scheduled for another biopsy the end of April should I let my Gyn know about the bleeding or could it be normal and I should just wait till the end of next month. Thank you
