Cira, It is hard to say for sure, but it could represent anything from endometriosis to adenomyosis. I would start with a complete exam, keeping in mind that an exam by itself cannot exclude endometriosis. Endometriosis would be a stonger possibility because of never having had children. Adenomyosis less likely for the same reason... Lynn
