Montgomery, MD: "Re: 'knife' in back and flow" Almost every month now, at some point in my 4-5 day cyle I get a pain in my lower back as if a KNIFE was being pushed in. It APPEARS to coincide with lesser or no flow. I'm 42, never had kids, have regular 26-27 day cycle. How is this lower back pain connected, if at all, to less flow?
