Suzanne, I had serious problems with birth control pills as well, although they were not some of the most commonly listed problems. I went off after trying a few and just use condoms and spermicide 100% of the time. Yes, I feel neurotic some of the time, but it's better than being in pain and depressed. Ultimately, I think you just have to use the method that works best for you.
