If you are not on estrogen replacement then this one is easy. Start estrogen replacement and repeat the pap in 3-6 months. If you are currently on estrogen replacement, I would perform a colposcopy to obtain the diagnosis-currently all you have is a pap smear result which is just an impression of some cells... Lynn
