Montgomery, MD: "Re: Abdominal pain after Tubial" I had my tubes tied almost 4 weeks ago. everything seems to be healing well however for the past 2 days I have had pain in my abdominal area, mainly to the right of my bellybutton. I have to sit down slowly for If I sit like usual It feels as if I am being stabbed with a knife in the abdomin, sharp but short, I feel bloated constantly like it might be gas but it doesnt move. Sexual intercourse was attemped 2 days prior to this pain. There is no discharge or bleeding associated with this. I am going to the doctor in the morning but would like some reasurance that this isn't serious, or possibilities of what could be causing this.
