The only thing you should feel is a slight pushing inside as the probe is moved around. The probe is only about 3 or 4 cms wide. It's not at all large. They use it so they can get a better view of your insides. They commonly use it in the first tri-mester of pregancy as it produces better pictures. Don't worry about it. You'll be okay. It really shouldn't hurt.
