I have been using a natural progesterone cream for about six months. (I'm 23.) It has really helped regualte my periods. That's why this month is so strange. I haven't had my period yet...it's about 5 days late. I took a pregnancy test on Saturday and it was negative. For about a week I've had really strong cramping in my lower abdomen (near my left pelvic bone). It was off and on until last night...now it's pretty persistant. My breasts are tender and I do get nausous...not to mention I had a little bit of brown spotting two days ago and then nothing...any ideas? I only use the progesterone for ten days at the beginning of every month.
